If you want to see me in clinic here is the info. I can see patients virtually or in person in my Shoreview or Forest Lake locations. I work every Wednesday in Forest Lake, every other Tuesday in Shoreview, and the opposite Tuesday afternoon I see patients virtually.

I am family medicine trained so I can see all age ranges, as well as men and women. I feel I am a bit of a Jill of all Trades and see many different health concerns, but particularly love metabolic health, hormones, gut, mold illness.

If you have HSA you can apply that. All conventional tests I run (if any) can be billed. Then if any Functional labs are needed those aren’t covered and cost really depends on what we would need, again if any. I really try to be mindful of cost budget. 

• Consult - $200 (60 minutes)

• Functional Lab Review -$175 (45 minutes)

• General follow ups - $125 (30 minutes)

Insurance I accept- Ucare, Medica, Preferred One, Aetna, UnitedHealthCare and UMR.
